You may find it hard to believe, but we don't have any ocean front properties in Idaho. Yes, we do have plenty of potatoes, but that just doesn't cut it. So, when I arrived in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands it was no surpise that my marketing strategy would need to be tweaked.
However, I had always figured that I would need to competely change my entire business model to cater to the "high end luxury homes". So, when I realized that the same strategies I do at home, will work here I was shocked.
