tools: 1 reason why you MUST HAVE e-fax. - 08/19/09 02:59 PM
There are probably a dozen reasons why having e-fax is extremely beneficial to your business. Today's technology calls for a mobile office and being able to send or receive a fax is definitely a must. However, today's number one reason that you MUST HAVE e-fax is simple: So that when you go on vacation, you don't miss a beat! Ahhhhhh! How annoying is it to have someone in your office have to check to see if the fax went through. And then if it did, either scan and email it to you, or fax it to another agent. OR! You spend

tools: The Power of Video - What sites do you use? - 05/11/09 11:15 AM
It has been a while since my last post. In an attempt to jump start my business here in the Caribbean, I have had to take some time away from all of my extra-curricular internet marketing strategies and focus on my current business. As I continue to take my online marketing strategies to new heights, I keep coming back to one consistent problem: my clients are either overseas or stateside, which puts a damper on me being able to provide them with everything they need to make a decision. I previously toyed with using video in all of my listings back

tools: Internet Marketing for Beginners - 10/06/08 02:24 PM
So, you are stuck trying to figure out what next? Well, let me ask you a few things: #1. What is your niche? - If you don't have a niche. Find one. If you can't find one, read the book "riches in the niches" #2. What is your budget? - Do you have to do all of this yourself or can you afford to pay a consultant. (Either a flat fee or a commission based fee). #3. When do you want to grow your business? - Today? Tomorrow? Most people would say yesterday! #4. How committed are you? Becoming a specialist does

tools: Property Management: YES or NO? - 10/08/07 12:08 AM
I am currently working on offering property management as one of my services. However, while I have carved out a niche for online marketing for real estate, as well as been able to find many real estate resources, I am relatively unfamiliar with Property Management. So, I come to you! First and foremost: do you recommend property management? Second: where can I find tips for running a successful company? Third: if you have experience, is there any advice you could give me? Finally, any tips for my property management section of my website? NickvRealEstate.com Once again, thank you everyone for your valued input.

tools: How do I find buyers? - 09/29/07 04:35 PM
So, I was thinking today: "there must be a website or something that has a whole list of investors and buyers looking for real estate." Is it wrong to think that there must be a resource available that has buyers looking for homes? Or is this a "dream." I am not trying to cut corners, just curious as to whether or not there are tools available to help locate buyers via the web.

tools: Do you prefer postlets, realbird, or Vflyer? - 09/05/07 08:19 PM
I came across realbird.com the other day and it seems to have the same features as postlets.com I have been using postlets for quite some time and I am trying to figure out if maybe I should be using realbird. So here is my question… is one better than the other and if so what do you think and why?? All three sites are free as far as I have seen....
