It is another beautiful day at Cedar Creek Lake!!!! - 08/31/10 04:56 PM
With highs in the mid-90s, a few clouds and light breeze off the water, life couldn't be any better.
Soon, it will be time for a glass of wine on the back porch watching the sun set over the lake with my bride. This ain't Dallas, and those of us lucky enough to be be here know we're blessed and love it!
Selling real estate in a setting like this is a real pleasure.

Cedar Creek Lake July Home Sales - 08/22/10 02:24 PM
Cedar Creek Lake July waterfront home sales show a 21% decline from July 2009, and off-water sales are up 43%.
On a 12 month's sales basis, July of 2009 and the 11 months prior posted 203 waterfront homes sales compared to the 226 we show now. The off-water sales for July 2009 and 11 months prior were 189 compared to the 238 shown at the bottom of this page. An overall 18% increase in sales of homes around the lake is a nice improvement over the prior year.
