Some of you might know that I am a very big hockey fan and played roller hockey when I was a youngster.
Never quite made it to the NHL.  I still had fun playing street hockey in my old neighborhood in Stony Brook New York.

I love dressing up when I get an appointment to meet with sellers.
It shows that I am successful at what I do and it also makes me feel good about myself.
Usually I will wear either a shirt and tie or a more relaxed look in a polo shirt and I would normally choose to wear the shirt and tie most the time but with the hot temperatures in Florida I do not always feel comfortable. Keeping an "eye" on property values can be a bit challenging from a distance.
Every now and then ,wouldn't it be nice for the sellers to borrow someone's eyes and ears for an occasional update of their neighborhoods values?
That's actually what I am doing for them ,"free of charge!"
You might be wondering why I do this for free.....it is because I feel that  if I can show them the value they get from all this wonderful information I send ...then when it comes time for them to sell , they will choose me as their Realtor.

Sellers need Realtors®  now more than ever.    The question is ...do they want a professional who is going to aggressively market the property and give them the "superior service" they deserve or are they just looking for an order taker?
Recently....I've noticed that a few homeowners are still trying to sell their properties on their own and wonder if it makes sense during this difficult time. Since the market is saturated with inventory.....I believe that sellers need to expose their homes everywhere possible.
