I am still on vacation in Arizona and our scheduled plane ride to the Grand Canyon was postponed until tommorrow due to very high winds so I had some time this morning to think about what it would be like to be like doing something I fantasize about in another industry. I have been a Realtor for over 11 years and I truly love what I am doing. I am sure there are a lot of people on Active Rain that are either Realtors ,mortgage brokers or involved in other types of businesses who are waiting for this market to get better in order to earn a living … (48 comments)
I just wanted to thank all of you on Active Rain for making my dream come true. A few months ago I wrote the original post Active Rain Fan Appreciation Day...meet the people behind the keyboard!. It seemed to have caught on and I am glad my message has gotten out to other parts of the county. We meet again. It has been a little over a month since I started the revival of the Active Rain Week in Review. I have been pretty busy with that as well as trying to keep up with the Real Estate market here in Weston Florida. I started to scan the globe looking for some of the most interesting posts out here on Localism. When I wrote my last post BUYERS AGENTS QUALIFY THEIR BUYERS...BUT DO LISTING AGENTS QUALIFY THE SELLER? on Active Rain some comments I received inpsired me to write a public post instead of a members only post. Many felt that although it was good post....it should have been tailored for the sellers. So I am calling on Active Rain members to let me know if this was more of what they wanted me to write about.
