I don't get it. There are so many homes on the market right now for the picking. This is one of the best times to buy a place you can call your home. If you are an investor it might be a little tougher but there are still good deals out there to grab as long as you know the rules of the game. REAL ESTATE ON STEROIDS PLEASE RATE THIS POST AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS POST! Buying Real estate as a whole was so people could buy their dream home. Consmers were looking to plant some roots so they can stay in the home for an average of 5-7 years and then sell and make a reasonable profit. That all changed when our market was injected with steroids that caused an unlimited return on your investment. Over pricing homes is probably hurting more than helping the situation.
