Our Board Office brought in our Risk Management Attorney to present a Short Sale Seminar recently. We got information from the perspective of an Attorney who represents Realtors. It was a very good investment on my part and I found it of great value.

I love hardwood.  Besides the fact that it's beautiful and can improve the value of the home, I love how it can redefine the house - make it feel all new again.  One of the things I really enjoy with hardwood is showing customers the range of options, especially when I show them ones they never even knew existed.

Debbie Gartner gives us a knowledge-base on Bamboo flooring. I personally do not know very much about it. I know that it is beautiful but I do not know how it wears. Thank you Debbie for this great post that I can share with my market and clients!

Of course, this is not a simple answer.  While bamboo is technically a grass, It's usually classified as a hardwood.  If you search on the web for the Janka hardness (a rating meant to standardize the hardness of wood), you get all sorts of answers.

David and I watched a show that he recorded of Chuck Berry and Eric Clapton 20 years ago. It was so wonderful. This video is just a part of the show but it shows the highlight of the show with Berry paying tribute to Clapton. They both are amazing....but Clapton...WOW!
Keith Richards is even there playing with Chuck Berry. I miss Inspired by Song. We use to have a lot of fun with that group! Anyway....here's the YouTube Video of Clapton!
