I am a professional in my field. I have respect from my clients and from my peers. My Broker respects me. Why is it that this seller will not listen to me? I've tried everything. I've resent the CMA several times.....showing how prices are dropping. I've explained "chasing the market down". I've talked about the condition of the home and our competitors. I've been stern, supportive and creative in trying to help this seller understand the current market conditions. I've failed.
