It is not an easy thing to come to an agreement while negotiating. During the deal each side wants to get as much profit as possible. The problem is how to make a good deal positive for both.

First of all the price the price must be reasonable for both. The price must be reasonable for both i think. Any buyer can compare and understand if the price is suitable or it is higher or lower than it should be. If I am ready to buy something I must be sure that I am going to pay the right sum of money. The price that is too high can put buyers off.

If the buyer and the seller want to make a good deal each of them should be ready to pay half of the fees and don't think that you can take all the priorities. The most complicated thing is to find a compromise.

You can study beforehand the most sensitive points of the other side in order not to be too persistent. Put down all points of agreement be attentive and well prepared don't show that you are nervous or are interested in some of the priorities.
