MEMORIAL DAY 2011.  A TIME TO REMEMBER THOSE WHO HAVE GIVEN THE ULTIMATE TO KEEP US FREE.  
Do YOU know our  United States Nation Anthem?  At least the first verse?
Have you ever thought about the freedoms you have here vs. other countries in the world?  Have you ever travelled to other parts and observed freedoms there?

3 issues in one day - Almost Offers, dead lap top, broken coffee pot - 06/05/11 12:14 AM
Thursday was going along as a regular day.  I'd just ended the 31 Day May Challenge (that I messed up on 2 days) so I won't get the "points".  But a great learning experience.
Coffee and computer in the morning.
I got a call that an agent was writing an offer on one of my listings, and would I send her disclosures. Hooray!
And then it started... Potential offer on house...oh, the buyer's changed their minds.
