It's Your Neighborhood! What do you do? - 02/26/07 05:20 PM
Your neighbors friends park their cars all down the street, and make it difficult for 2 cars to pass through at a time. What do you do? Your neighbors and or their friends play LOUD music at all hours of the night. What do you do? Your neighbors speed down your street like they are trying to qualify for the Indy 500, and children play in the streets. What do you do? I love this one. Your neighbors walk their dog without a lease, and the precious one takes a poop in your yard. What do you do? These are just (1 comments)

Van Buren is the second largest city here in the River Valley. It is just minutes away from Ft. Smith. Van Buren has seen a great growth spurt over recent years in New Construction. Developers have made it a model community that others are currently being judged by. You may also find yourself getting more house for your money with several different loans available to the area including a Rural Development Loan. In several cases I have found that Buyers can purchase a home with more square footage for less price in Van Buren than in Ft. Smith. Van Buren has (1 comments)

Smilie Died performed at 91st Street and was more than alive and kicking. With temperatures in Ft. Smith being well below freezing. Smilie Died made 91st Street HOT!!! The sultry vocals of Matt Burris had the crowd cheering for more! Oh yeah, the crowd went wild when "Makes Me Sweat" started coming through the speakers. Now I'll be the first to tell you that I am not the "Rock N Roll" type, but this band made that Rock Roll on this night. Ft. There has been an enormous amount of time and effort spent behind the concept of an activity center. That concept has become a reality.
