Over the past few weeks, my wife and I have had the great pleasure to visit Shreveport, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, & my home town of Little Rock. We saw some very beautiful, interesting, and different cities, but the one thing they all had in common was TRAFFIC JAM!
So, I'm driving along matching traffic and I thought I was doing a pretty good job. My accelerator was working perfectly, but my wife's brake on the passenger side apparently was not working at all! LOL

The Old Fort Homeless Coalition needs your assistance. The Homeless Coalition needs volunteers who would be willing to serve on the local Board of Directors. The primary purpose of the organization is to put an end to homelessness in the River Valley.

Crawford County February Market Report - 03/01/07 11:12 AM
Crawford County February Sales show that there were fewer homes sold this month in comparison to last February 2006, but the average price of the homes have increased considerably. Again, we are seeing homes on the market for longer periods of time, but the % of Sales Price & List Price are about the same.

Residential Sales in Sebastian County have taken a slight dip in the Market in comparison to February 2006. Sebastian County Sales have have been very good with a decrease in the Average Days on the Market. The Average Sales Price of the homes have stayed consistent, but the number of units sold have dropped.
