The Housing Market has Crashed! More woes for Sellers in this horrible housing market! More bad news for the Real Estate Market! You've seen articles or news reports like these. They are all over the Internet. I can't remember pulling up my homepage and there NOT being an article talking about how bad the housing market is currently. Truth: The housing market has taken a hit this year. Myth: It's not that drastic everywhere. As a Buyer, you owe it to yourself to be as knowledgeable as possible about your new purchase. You've done it! You've either bought or sold your home, or better yet, you've done both. You have come to the realization that you have far more things than you need, and that someone is a Pack Rat. What do you with all of it? Let's have a garage sale! Nope. Let's sell it on Ebay! Nope. Let's Donate it to a charitable organization! Now you've got the ticket! Don't get me wrong. There are several things that you should sell if needed like that expensive exercise machine that someone couldn't live without that quickly became an additional clothes hanger or toe (1 comments)
The Haunted Hall has finally arrived in Ft. Smith for all of you scare addicts!!! This is a huge event that is sponsored by the Fort Smith Boys and Girls Clubs of America. The Haunted Hall has always been a great success in the area with proceeds going to benefit the local clubs. The people in the community have always come out to support this event as it is provided by local sponsors. The Haunted Hall starts back up Friday Oct 12 & 13 at 7:30 and will be open every weekend in Oct and on the last weekend from the 26th through (0 comments)

Now that looks great! Get out of the house this weekend for some great food and the proceeds go to benefit the Fort Smith Boy's Shelter. Plate lunches with choice of St. Louis-style ribs or wings, potato salad, baked beans and pickle for $7. Pre-orders for whole rib racks and/or wings. Ribs - $17/rack. Wings - $6/dozen. Mail pre-orders with payment to: P.O. Box 10428, Fort Smith, AR 72917. The benefit is October 6, 2007 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Disabled Veterans Building, 6000 South Zero Street, Ft.
