Home Staging In Connecticut:  Why Use A Disclaimer?  Stage It!
This disclaimer was in a recent MLS property description:  "Formal Dining Room currently being used as a play room."  And, yes, there was a listing photo of that room.  It was chock-full of toys. 
Why use a disclaimer and risk loosing a quick sale?  Don't use words to explain what that room is - show it! 
Clear out the toys.  (This would be a great opportunity to sort, pack, and donate!)  Set up the space as a true Dining Room.

Nestings Home Staging recently had the privilege of Staging this remarkable condo located in Heritage Village, Southbury CT.  Targeting a youthful 55+ target buyer from New York, we used a "Contemporary High Country" decor.  Furnishings were selected to highlight the new custom kitchen, built-ins, and various functional areas.
At the seller's request, I created this flyer as an additional take-away for potential buyers.  The photos remind them of the beautifully appointed, spacious rooms.  The background color was selected to echo the freshly painted Master bedroom suite and two additional bedrooms.
