stamford sales: Sales Report - Stamford between July 23 and August 23 - 08/23/07 06:43 AM
This is the sales report for the last month in Stamford.
It is interesting to note that the least expensive SF properties reached the biggest variance between Listing Price and Selling Price. The same happened with multi-family properties with the highest price tag.
