Here in the Las Vegas area where we have one of the highest foreclosure rates in the country, many homeowners have been desperately trying to find a way to stay in their homes. Loan modification is usually the first step. Up to this point, getting banks to make mortgages more affordable in an area where values are 50% less than they were three years ago has proven to be fruitless in most cases. If it weren’t, people would be modifying and staying in their homes instead...

I was pretty fortunate to land a pretty good domain name for my Las Vegas Property Management business. I wasn't sure what direction I wanted to go with the website but after much thought and research, I decided to go with WordPress, using the Thesis template. I still need to do a few more customization tweeks and upload a video but for the most part it is finished:
Every weekend I drive around to all my vacant Las Vegas Rental Properties to check on them and collect business cards from agents that showed the properties. I like to follow up with the agents to get feedback on what their clients thought of the property. When I go on my inspections, I usually take my daughter with me, she is 8....
