A short sale is when the Lender/Bank agrees to accept less than what they are owed, commonly known as a short payoff.  Short Sales can be difficult to complete and quite confusing for buyers and sellers.  To help you to better understand the Short Sale Process, we have completed a list of commonly asked questions along with information we need when handling a short sale in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas Real Estate Agents: Why Are You Paying Franchise Fees? - 05/09/09 11:23 PM
I know this is going to cause some controversy, especially with the agents that hang their license at real estate companies that charge franchise fees but I am okay with that :)
I started my real estate career in 2001 when I hung my Las Vegas real estate license with a company that charged a franchise fee, amongst other fees.  I chalked it up as I was new and didn’t know anything different.  But now with over 8 years in the Las Vegas Real Estate business, I would like to say I know better.  With buyers and sellers using the Internet … (11 comments)

Salt Lake City Real Estate Agent - Joint Venture Opportunity - 05/02/09 12:36 AM
