I filled up today and paid $2.69 per gallon. This is the highest since Katrina in 2005. I drive about 15,000 miles per year most doing real estate in a rather compact area. I am wondering when it is going to effect prices on homes and condos. i have already seen a trend in New Orleans for people to live close to work. A New Orleans native hates a more then 30 minute commute. Its just not something we do not like to do.
