This property was owned by wealthy Philadelphian, in the 1700's, William Ball, founder of the Masons in Pa. 11 Acres, 1766 cut limestone house, barn spring house, summer kitchen and smoke house. This property also has original log cabin which has been restored - it is presently occupied. Some details: pent roofs, hinged wall, original shutters, cantilevered porch and porch covers. Original floors. Property has well and peat moss septic. House is for sale in "as is" condition and needs renovated - Stone House is the shell only.
