Everyday my E-mail inbox fills with advertising from companies that claim to have buyer and seller leads in my area waiting for an agent to call them. The catch is I have to pay a monthly service fee and per lead I get OR if I close any transaction then that company will get a cut of my commission. Some of these companies make it sound so appealing that I have come close to signing up with a few of them to get some new clients in my pipeline.
