Housing Delinquencies Shoot Up in May - 07/07/10 05:26 PM
After the last few months of late mortgage payments declining, Lender Processing Services Inc is reporting that late payments increased in May.
The states with the highest delinquent loan rates were: Florida, Nevada, Mississippi, Georgia, Arizona, Californina, Illinois, Ohio and Indiana.  The states with lowest delinquency loan rates were: North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, Nebraska, Vermont, Colorado, Iowa and Minnesota.Texas was not listed in the best or the worst state but what I am seeing right now is a lot of new homes pop up on the default list.  The good news is that The Good Home Team has … (0 comments)
