We, the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquillity, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
What beautiful words that were ever written in a legal document establishing a country's legal standing and protection of civilians and civil rights.

In the 1998 U.S. Embassy bombings (August 7, 1998), hundreds of people were killed in simultaneous car bomb explosions at the United States embassies in the East African capital cities of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and Nairobi, Kenya. On February 2, 2008 a fellow realtor and Re/Max agent in  Canada was killed answering a call to show property.
Canadian police have confirmed Tuesday that 24-year-old real estate agent Lindsay Buziak was stabbed while showing property on a vacant $964,900 house.
Rumours circulating in the real estate industry say Buziak was lured to the house, through a phone call on Saturday from a woman with a strong Spanish accent who asked to see properties in the $1-million price range.
