While most of us are celebrating Independence Day on July 4th, there are still a few that have no idea of the IMPORTANCE of WHY THIS DAY IS SO SPECIAL.
On July 4, 1776, ThomasJefferson, at the age of 33, laid the cornerstone of the United States of America through the Declaration of Independence declaring that the thirteen colonies be “Free and Independent States,” absolving from all allegiance to the British Crown of King George III
The Declaration of Independence reads:

It’s That Time of Year Again! - 06/21/11 07:36 AM
Summer is here and so are the openings of many swimming pools, both public and private. Kids will be donning their swimming suits and water wings and rushing out to the pool…which is exactly what they should NOT be doing.
“Walk, don’t RUN” rules need to be told to each child using the pool. Many serious accidents happen when kids run, slip and fall. Pool decks are mighty slippery.
Another rule that must be followed is “NO glass in the pool area.” Plastic cups should be the only utensil allowed by the pool.

I saw this article the other day and I wanted to pass this on. There seems to be a rise of con artists sending letters telling borrowers they should begin sending their mortgage payments to a fictitious company that has begun servicing their loans. By the time borrowers find out they've been had, they're out one or possibly two payments. Here’s how the scam works!
