Don’t become a crime victim when you show your home to potential buyers
I came across this article and wanted to “pass the information on” to you. I received it from the California Association of Realtors. It discusses the possible dangers involved with Open Houses, or opening your home to a stranger if someone knocks on your door and asks to see your home which is for sale.
In pre-Internet days, Open Houses were one of the only ways prospective buyers could view homes. That is NOT the case at this time. Today, over 87% of the buyers are viewing homes … (3 comments)

Many of my clients are Buyers who have either retired or are just looking for a good Vacation Home. Some have recently relocated to this area. When I ask them what they are looking for, they will tell me size, amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, etc. What they neglect to tell me is a little about themselves and their LIFESTYLES.

Some of you are still "sitting on the fence" waiting for home prices to continue falling. Others have already seen a slight INCREASE OF PRICES.
Here's some information "Hot Off the Press" that may surprise you. According to the California Association of Realtors:
Home prices have increased for the first time in eight months!
