buyer agent: New Hampshire Maple Season Means Spring is on the Way - 03/09/14 11:34 PM
One of my favorite places to visit is Parker's Maple Barn in Mason, New Hampshire.  Parker's Maple Barn is a family owned business which began in the 1960s with a small Sugar House.
Parker's Maple Barn is a popular gathering place.  Guests will enjoy the restaurant,  a visit to the operating sugar house and attending the seasonal traditional POW WOWS.
The barn was built in 1782 in Milford, New Hampshire.  It  was known as "The Laurels".   In the ‘60s it was dismantled and rebuilt in the quaint town of Mason, New Hampshire.

buyer agent: How to Winterize your Pets & Holiday Tips - 12/16/13 06:17 AM

Get your pet ready for the holidays and for winter.
The holidays can be a stressful time for both humans and their pets.
Here are a few tips:
Don't use glass  ornaments. They may break and cut a your pet's feet and mouth.
No edible ornaments. Your dog or cat may knock the tree over trying to grab one.
Whether your tree is live or ornamental, both kinds of needles are sharp and indigestible.
Keep the tree in a room that can be blocked off or have a barrier so the pets cannot get to the tree.

buyer agent: 5 Good Reasons to Buy In New Hampshire in the Fall - 11/06/12 11:29 AM

There are a lot of good reasons to buy a home in New Hampshire.
1.  Mortgage interest rates are historically low.  Interest rates are the lowest they have been in 50 years.   The lower interest rates mean that homes are more affordable and this means that Buyers can save more money during the life of the loan.
      2.   Homes in So. New Hampshire are more affordable.  Home prices in most Southern New Hampshire towns have dropped considerably and have stabilized in many areas since the rapid rise during the housing boom.  Prices in some towns have started to move slightly upward.  For homes that are in good condition and are … (8 comments)
