I volunteered to do way too many things this year... my work with the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission has been most rewarding! I have been working on two very exciting projects. The first project was the new Consumer Disclosure form which I reported on previously. The Disclosure form became effective on May 1, 2007. The feedback on the new Disclosure form from both consumers and licensees has been very positive. The second project was a Consumer Information Brochure.
