Bergen County Real Estate Homes Sales Continue Stronger Volume - 04/24/10 09:10 PM
Bergen County real estate home sales continue to improve over last year. Inventory at March 31, 2009 for residential sale in Bergen County 4160 Homes. At the end of March 2010, it was 3724 active listings, about a 9.5 percent decrease. Under Contract for the same year over year 548 vs 392, about a 40 % increase in 2010, a three year high. Along with a clear change in psychology, this market is moving. If things are prices to sell they will get multiple bids.
