river vale market report: River Vale Real Estate market report for 10/31/2009 - 11/08/09 09:12 PM

River Vale monthly data shows a significant decline in volume over the past year. However, the volume has stayed above the lows. The case can be made that with a little bit of time, the market will put in a reverse head and shoulders bottom. A break out this spring could confirm the trend change.

river vale market report: River Vale New Jersey, average sale price 10% off highs. - 11/23/08 10:14 AM

River Vale Real Estate Sales To study the data for River Vale New Jersey for sale from 2005 to Oct. 2008, it is astonishing to see that the average sales price is only off about 10% from the average high prices. Two comparisons were used, Residential/Condo closed sales data from Bergen County filings and Residential only, NJMLS all Broker sales data. The graphs demonstrate the comparisons of sales, average price and units sold. There may be a few commercial sales mixed in the county data, I removed many from the data to try to make it residential/condo property only.
