Saddle River Video This is a great piece of real estate with the beautiful Saddle River cutting thru it. It is Video taken over time this year and assembled together. Is it going to be a long hot summer? Or is it a hot summer for real estate?
The sellers are capitulating to the notion of a long hot slow summer.
However, as you can read in my prior entries on this blog page, it may be a hot summer for real estate. Speaking of Northern Bergen county area, I see the pendulum moving from severe bear market to action and volume at the lows. This is a first sign of recovery. Especially, this late in the spring.
