How do you the consumer feel about open houses?? It is my experience that you either love them or hate them. Most homeowners feel that when they leave there neighbors will be there to inspect the home. Some people believe the home will sell by holding open houses. The truth of the matter is its a very low number about 1% of houses are sold at a open house. I believe you are better represented by the marketing your agent does and the brochure box out front.  Is anyone-else out there a newer agent. It is sure one tough business to break in to. On the flip side it can be very rewarding. If we all stick with it and learn from the experienced we can all be successful. I think you just have to really dedicate the time and effort to making a go at it. I work for a high volume agency which can be Little discouraging but it also makes you more competitive. They also provide us with a lot of training. Which can never hurt anyone.
