I finished work and headed down to Kanaha Beach after work for a windsurf session.  When I was finished I walked back to the beach and took some pictures of the afternoon crew having fun.  The canoe paddlers and windsurfers were having a great time.

The Maui real estate market is looking up for this summer.  We have seen some big closing at Wailea Beach Villas, villa A 201, closing at $12Million.  This is a direct oceanfront unit, with steps to the beach.  We also saw a closing Makena ocean front home closing at $17 million.  Pretty nice sale for direct oceanfront.  If you happen to be in the Wailea Makena real estate market, prices do start at around $600,000  for a vacation rental condo unit in Wailea.  So give me a call for more information on Wailea Maui real estate.

I would have to say that Maui has some of the finest beaches.  Ok, I do love Kauai, and Hanalei is one of my favorite beach communties.  Getting back to Maui, we do have some fine beaches.
