What is happening in the Maui real estate market? With the visitor count improving from last year, that does have a positive effect on the Maui real estate market. Maui has always been a destination for people looking for sun and great beaches.  Hopefully this winter, when the cold winter weather sets, we will see a increase in winter real estate sales.

Below is a market report for the last three months in Wailea, Maui.  These figures represnt Wailea, Maui's ocean front real estate.  Wailea Beach Villas, has recently had two amazing closings.  The Villa's oceanfront unit A-201, closed at $12,500,000.  Did some one say we are in a recession.  This is a beautiful ocean front unit, located on Wailea's most pristine beaches.  Another unit, penthouse #501, closed at $5,500,000 in Wailea Beach Villas.  I love the corner units, with the wrap around lanai's.  They offer incredible ocean views.
