I just closed a really nice two bedroom unit in Kauhale Makai condominium, in Kihei Maui.  It was a direct oceanfront unit, offering stunning ocean views, and a favorite spot for windsurfers and kiteboarders. The unit offered 975 sqft of living space, sold for $450,000.  For more information on buying or selling units in Kauhale Makai, give me a call.
