I love fall on Maui! We been having a couple of days of rain fall, followed by light winds, and sunny days.  I been working out in my garden as much as I can lately.  Been enjoying harvesting fresh organic lettuce, tomatoes, squash, green beans, and my flowers have been going off.  Maui is so diverse from Resort properties to homes in Haiku, and Kula, which offer you a chance to get your hands dirty. What is happening in the Maui real estate market? With the visitor count improving from last year, that does have a positive effect on the Maui real estate market. I would have to say that Maui has some of the finest beaches.  Ok, I do love Kauai, and Hanalei is one of my favorite beach communties.  Getting back to Maui, we do have some fine beaches.
 

Makena Beach has beach, after beach of just beautiful private beaches.  Yes Makena Beach is a favorite of locals and visitors alike.

Everyone loves Maui for different reasons.  As well as why people move here in the first place.  Maui is so diverse and has so many different options.  I know when I was 19 and moved to Maui it was to surf and live the island life.
