I'm curious how many people have taken the time to update and enhance their listings on Zillow?  With so many sites now feeding listing data into Zillow it's imperative, in my opinion, to keep the information correct.  Specifically your own listings.  If you don't enhance your listings, which again can be done FOR FREE, do you at least check on whether or not the info is correct?  If not, I would love to know why.

There I was, preparing my latest A|R blog, when all of a sudden my Outlook new message sound went off.  In popped an email that said a new post has appeared under my 'Lehigh Valley Alert' in Trulia Voices.I jump on to the Trulia site, logged in, checked my alert, and the message turns out to be a woman in Texas, looking for someone to help her move into our area.
