Good afternoon from Whistler. I hope everyone is enjoying the week so far!This weekend sees 16,000 people registered in the “Tough Mudder” come to town. The Tough Mudder is a military style 10 mile run that takes participants through a series of obstacles. The top 5% of finishers are then qualified for the World’s Toughest Mudder in New Jersey in November. One of the great positives of an event of this size is the shoulder season stimulus that it generates. Greetings from Whistler!The Whistler real estate market has enjoyed a busy pace this past week. Our current number of listings of chalets, condo and townhomes is just over 650 and does not include 1/4 share and timeshare.
