   Each Tuesday at the Keller Williams Richmond West office, we have our Team Meeting.  I can always count on a good time talking with my fellow agents, but also, we get the best advice from our Broker and sometimes other guests during a segment we call, "Best Practices."
     Today, a representative from our cooperating Loan company, First Horizon Home Loans, gave us some insight on handling Pre-Approval and Listing issues:
