You want to buy a home in the Main Line and Chester County areas. You go on line and search for homes and see some you like, there may even be an Open House you can visit. However, so far, you are unrepresented and not working with an agent who is going to protect your interests.

Avon Grove School district covers a variety of different townships, but generally buyers will focus on the school district rather than one particular township when looking for a home.
We can see that days on market have dropped as buyers adjusted to the interest rate rises and more inventory came on the market. Current inventory is a little higher than last year, with a median price point of $572,988 compared to $507,450 last year. Inventory accumulation is almost twice what it was last year, but still low overall, anything less than 6 is considered a sellers market.

For town homes that have closed the average days on market are 18, an increase of 5 days over 2021 but that is still low.

Elk Creek Farms is a development of 194 homes built by Iacobucci Builders between 2002 and 2004, located on route 896. It comprises of single family detached homes of three, four and even five bedrooms, with two and three bathrooms.

If we believe someone like ourselves can achieve something we want to attain, we will be able in our minds to overcome all the objections. The Chesterbrook real estate market in Tredyffrin Township, Tredyffrin Easttown School District, has been fairly active during January 2020.
Four homes closed ranging in price from $190,000 to $445,000. Average days on market for these was 48, however two of the four homes sold in 5 and 6 days respectively, the other two were much longer. Generally in this price range sales tend to happen quicker than 48 days. The average square foot price was $191.73 after allowing for seller concessions to buyers on these homes.
