market absorption: Main Line Homes Inventory dropping - 01/30/12 01:25 PM

Last year 2011 the market started off strong and we saw many homes selling in the beginning of January. 2012 seems to be reproducing that phenomenom and the Main Line Homes Invetory for buyers has dropped significantly over the last few weeks.
For example Chester County has seen month on month improvements and is now at 9.4 months, whilst this is not excellent it is much better than the 11.9 months from a couple of months ago. a 6 month level is the sign of a blanced market with buyers absorbing homes at almost the same rate that they comne on … (0 comments)
