Just got back from attending the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Winter meetings in Harrisburg. I always find these meetings interesting and a chance to learn new information and to participate in helping my industry protect private property rights.

Yesterday we heard that some legislature we had been supporting had passed out of concurrence and was on its way to the Governor of Pennsylvania for signing. This deals with Appraisal Management Companies needing to be licensed. Every year the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors reviews different forms. Last year the Pennsylvania Agreement of Sale was given a review in light of comments from Realtors using the form.
