I have an i-Phone and love it. What's the best phone for the real estate industry?  My husband has the Tilt - he likes it but it seems too complicated for me. I really like how easy the i-Phone is.

Crazier things have happened... in Fayetteville, AR! - 09/09/08 12:13 AM
Ok - So I showed 37 homes last Saturday to a girl relocating to Northwest Arkansas... She narrowed her search down to 5 homes. We went back on Sunday to look at those Five. She decided on a favorite - we made an offer - as I called - the other agent said, Great - BUT there is another offer that "just came in". Ok - so my buyer increased her offering price by $5000! Next day - around 4pm (expiration was 5pm) they accepted the Other Offer!!! -

Looking everywhere for a new business card design? - 09/08/08 10:18 PM
I looked everywhere online for an easy place that produces classy looking business cards. I am not one that likes their card to look like everyone else in a company - so I have been searching and finally found a company that I thought their designs were really good looking. I placed the order - they stated unlimited revisions - they probably hate people like me - after about 8 revisions and a lot of feedback I finally think I have a card that I really like. I have been using You Tube for over a year now to market my listings. I create the videos myself using Windows Movie Maker and then upload to You Tube. For me, it has been great. It is not necessarily that people are going to search You Tube to look for homes - but more than that it is a great way to get your videos out there in an easy format to send to clients via a link - or to post on your website's home page.
