Craftsman Style homes in Fayetteville, AR! Oakbrooke - a Sustainable Development with "Old-Fashioned" Character... - 09/11/08 10:18 AM
Welcome to Oakbrooke... A new "community" located in the heart of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Oakbrooke will have character, which is lacking in other single-family residential neighborhoods. Residents and visitors are greeted by the Oakbrooke "Wishing Well" and its symbolic promise of hope. The wishing well is reflective of Paradigm's efforts to offer the community goals of Oakbrooke to the public. This element, along with its associated signage and landscaping, will help establish the individual character of Oakbrooke, faciliate the creation of community pride among neighbors, and will assist to create a sense of "place"upon arrival. Paradigm's Mission...The Oakbrooke Community Project is Paradigm's initial (3 comments)

Crazier things have happened... in Fayetteville, AR! - 09/09/08 12:13 AM
Ok - So I showed 37 homes last Saturday to a girl relocating to Northwest Arkansas... She narrowed her search down to 5 homes. We went back on Sunday to look at those Five. She decided on a favorite - we made an offer - as I called - the other agent said, Great - BUT there is another offer that "just came in". Ok - so my buyer increased her offering price by $5000! Next day - around 4pm (expiration was 5pm) they accepted the Other Offer!!! -
Home number 2. Made offer. Home has been on the market (9 comments)
Looking everywhere for a new business card design? - 09/08/08 10:18 PM
I looked everywhere online for an easy place that produces classy looking business cards. I am not one that likes their card to look like everyone else in a company - so I have been searching and finally found a company that I thought their designs were really good looking. I placed the order - they stated unlimited revisions - they probably hate people like me - after about 8 revisions and a lot of feedback I finally think I have a card that I really like. Now I am waiting for the final product to show up in the mail. (2 comments)

Using YouTube to Market your homes and brand yourself... - 09/04/08 10:35 AM
I have been using You Tube for over a year now to market my listings. I create the videos myself using Windows Movie Maker and then upload to You Tube. For me, it has been great. It is not necessarily that people are going to search You Tube to look for homes - but more than that it is a great way to get your videos out there in an easy format to send to clients via a link - or to post on your website's home page. You Tube also has great "google juice" as You Tube is owned by (3 comments)

Weather in Northwest Arkansas... contact Nicky Dou for all of your Real Estate needs in NWA! - 09/03/08 03:02 PM
Northwest Arkansas enjoys a generally benign climate whose occasional winter fronts with their low temperatures and heavy precipitation only serve to emphasize the otherwise relatively mild winters. Summers can be hot and humid but highs seldom exceed the low 90's. Tornadoes and sudden electrical storms with hail are quite common during spring and summer. The colors of Fall, the green profusion of Spring, and the gentle and comfortable temperatures of both of these transition seasons bring pleasure to all. Average Local Area Temperatures
