It is not even March yet BUT the real estate market sure feels like Spring! Homes are selling left and right! I had some buyers in from out of town yesterday to look at homes for sale in Shadow Valley Country Club in Rogers, AR. We have been looking off and on for some time as they just need to find a home by August. A home was listed last Friday in Shadow Valley and it caught my buyers eye so they booked a flight and flew in yesterday. We looked at the home and they LOVED it! I called the listing agent to ask a few questions and found out an offer had been presented earlier that day and was already accepted! The home had just been on the market for 5 days. I am almost certain it was a full price offer, too or else they would have at least waited to see if my buyers would make an offer (& they would have). OH WELL - we moved on to Chapel Hill and found an amazing home that my buyers liked even more. Made offer last night and it was accepted!

I have 7 homes currently under contract to close in March and my husband, Jerry Dou (also a TOP Realtor with Coldwell Banker) has 13 homes under contract set to close in March. WOW! Last year this time we had only 5 total under contract combined AND last year (2012) was MY BEST YEAR IN REAL ESTATE SALES EVER!

What does this tell me? 2013 is going to be an AMAZING YEAR in Real Estate and I am looking for more buyers and sellers to represent!

This first week in February, 2013 marks a very exciting time for me, Nicky Dou.
