I just returned from the Century 21 Awards banquet in Hot Springs, Arkansas. I think everyone that attended had a great time - especially my office, Century 21 Exclamation Realty! The energy was intense... The weekend consisted of... Friday night our office gathered in the lobby/bar at the Arlington for cocktails with Marcella and Jimmy Hagan (C21 Exclamation owners) and the 30 some agents that attended from our office. I looked everywhere online for an easy place that produces classy looking business cards. I am not one that likes their card to look like everyone else in a company - so I have been searching and finally found a company that I thought their designs were really good looking. I placed the order - they stated unlimited revisions - they probably hate people like me - after about 8 revisions and a lot of feedback I finally think I have a card that I really like. I have been using You Tube for over a year now to market my listings. I create the videos myself using Windows Movie Maker and then upload to You Tube. For me, it has been great. It is not necessarily that people are going to search You Tube to look for homes - but more than that it is a great way to get your videos out there in an easy format to send to clients via a link - or to post on your website's home page.
