Facebook can be a fun and valuable social networking tool, but don't put yourself at risk.  This post is about how one person's innocent mistake at using a new Facebook application, Facebook Places, put a lot of people on edge, as their geographic location and activities was broadcast to the world.  I have been stalked in the past, and the prospect of being geographically tracked still scares the daylights out of me.  Don't let it happen to you!

Look out, Lexington SC Homebuyers who are going to use FHA Financing. There are some changes with mortgage insurance which may cause your payment to go up if you close after September 7, 2010!

Have you ever sold a home on eBay?  If so, post here and let's hear about your experience.

There is, in fact, a "Real Estate" section on eBay, and there are homes listed for sale there.  I'm just wondering if this would be a good advertising venue.  After all, who doesn't at least browse eBay from time to time, at the very minimum?  I buy and sell on eBay frequently.  In fact, I just purchased an adorable embroidered children's outfit on eBay!
