I have blogged about Schnepf Farms many times before. They are a great locally owned farm in Queen Creek, Arizona which is just about a 20 minute from from my home in Gilbert. This time of year they put on their Easter Egg-Citement event which is happening on April 4th from 9am to 4pm. Reservations for this event are strongly preferred as they try and keep it somewhat small so those participating have plenty of room to hunt. The hunts are divided up in to groups: 0-2 year olds 3-5 year olds 6-8 (16 comments)
Every year beginning in February at Schnepf Farms hundreds of fruit trees begin to bloom with Pink and White blossoms. This picturesque scene plays out on over 80 acres of orchards. Schnepf Farms opens up their farm during this season to allow everyone the opportunity to experience this beautiful landscape. When at the farm you can also take advantage of their train rides, hay rides, and walking paths through and amongst the tree orchards.

Ocotillo Heights II is a new build subdivision in the Town of Queen Creek which is just outside of Gilbert Arizona. I had the pleasure of representing and signing a contract for some buyers in this new home build community. This subdivision is being built by DR Horton and offers up to 12 different model and elevations to choose from ranging from 2,200 sqft - 4,200 sqft. The prices for new homes in Ocotillo Heights II start from just $235,000. This new home subdivision is in the Queen Creek Unified School District and is just minutes away from the San Tan (3 comments)
