NAPA VALLEY REAL ESTATE-RECIPE OF THE WEEK-- Pollo Cacciatore
                                                           1 pound chicken breast
2 green peppers, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
16 dry black olives
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
4 ounces red wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
12 ounces marinara sauce
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup flour
1 cup vegetable oil
Salt, pepper, oregano to taste
Cut chicken into chunks and dip in flour.
Put vegetable oil in frying pan, add chicken and
fry until golden brown. Discard oil. Add wine, let
it evaporate, then add butter, salt, pepper,

The Solano Yacht Club, located on the beautiful downtown waterfront in Suisun, will be hosting their second annual Wine Tasting and Jazz festival on September 25, 2010.  Ten wineries and vintners from Suisun and Napa Valley will be offering a tasting of some of their award-winning wines.  For music lovers, there will be premium jazz and blues bands.  One of the favorites this year will be "The Used Blues Band" featuring the legendary blues guitar player, Alvon Johnson.

Come to Hiddenbrooke Golf Club on Sunday September 26th from noon to 4pm for the Bridal Show.  There will be a bridal fashion show by Vianett Bridal boutique.  Each bride in attendance will receive a special gift, a wedding day emergency supply kit.
