At just the one week mark the foundation has been trenched, underground plumbing installed and slab is being graded then a moisture barrier is installed. Type two gravel is then spread over the moisture barrier.
WOW WHAT A VIEW OF LAKE MEAD !!
THIS IS THE VIEW TO THE LEFT OF THE HOME UNDER CONSTRUCTION. This lot is available and affords a spectacular view of lake mead. Also the park down below is a favorite gathering spot for bighorn sheep. These animals are amazing to watch !!

DAY SIX OF CONSTRUCTION AT TUSCANY RETREAT IN BOULDER CITY, NEVADA. As you can see the underground plumbing has been completed and is awaiting inspection. The inspection is ordered for today. After inspection the plumbing will be back filled and slab prepared to be poured. At Tuscany retreat the homes are constructed in about sixty calender days. This is a 3376 square foot semi custom with incredible views of lake mead. In southern Nevada we are able to adhere very close to our sixty day schedule because weather delays are very rare, today it is 83 and sunny.
