[By Steve Lorimer, BPOA] Many real estate brokers, maintaining a large quantity of REO listings, are frequently looking at their firm’s BPO’s as a cost item, a necessary evil needing to be accomplished every month to service their listings. Keeping focused on acquiring and servicing listings is a central function of many brokers today.
Yet, we have clients who, by choice, are ONLY doing BPO’s. They don’t want the REO or short-sale listings. Why you ask? Because they are making substantial income on a regular basis, with virtually NO OVERHEAD. They focus on BPO’s. Some of our clients are (0 comments)

Wouldn't It Be Wonderful to Be Able to Automate MultiForms? - 04/22/10 12:20 AM
After recently coming back from the REOMAC conference/summit in Palm Desert, California we had lots of people inquire and ask us if it is possible to automate MultiForms. We've heard this same question from some of the customers of the BPO Automation Group as well in the last few months especially. I'm happy to announce that although nobody offers this service, we are working diligently to find a solution to this opportunity. Do you have any insights, feedback or comments that could help us in our quest to overcome the obstacle of being able to automate a MultiForm Fannie Mae BPO Form? I (1 comments)

We've had several recent requests to add order-management software to our product line, and as a result we're examining a number of existing commercial products along with the possibility of developing an in-house solution to help you track & manage your BPO orders. Since our research has found a number of really great solutions already on the market, we thought the best way to make a decision was to ask the people who are actually in the BPO and REO business. Milestones and Anniversaries.... - 04/01/10 10:20 PM
Maybe it's a girl thing, but I think that milestones and anniversaries are so very important. Today was a day that was filled with both milestones and anniversaries. It's our one year anniversary of being in business (for the BPO Automation Group). I am so proud of how far we've come in the last year. I'm honored to have been able to have helped provide what I feel is a very valuable service to each individual that has joined us in the last year.
