I know the market is saturated with homes for sale (and the anxious sellers that go along with those homes) and I can appreciate the feedback calls after the showing.  I follow up with every agent after they show one of my listings to see what their clients thought, but especially what they thought compared to other homes they have seen.  I think agents provide the most constructive answers.

But now I am getting feedback calls BEFORE I even show the home, within an hour of my appointment time (I am still with the client!) and after 8:00 pm. I am going out of my mind!  I have several buyers I am working with right now and with the inventory on the market here in Michigan, I am showing quite a few houses.  I make notes at every home so I can give good feedback.  I call or email every agent that asks but when I get hounded from an agent, it makes me not want to return their request.  Today I received a "priority" message from an agent demanding I call her today.  I gave her feedback the first time I showed it.  If the buyer is interested after this second showing, she will be the first to know!

Anyone else experiencing this is their market?  Thanks for listening to me vent.....   :-)

It's a great time of year to visit the City of Detroit!!  You can catch a Tigers game, Red Wings playoff game and a late season Pistons game all in the same weekend! 

Anyone who knows me knows that I am a huge sports fan, especially my Detroit teams.  I actually count down the days until baseball's Opening Day!  The Tigers are looking great with a 6-3 start.  Pitching looks strong but the bats have carried them.  Craig Monroe's Grand Slam in the 12th inning the other night was the most exciting hit so far this season.  He is so good in the clutch!

Playoffs started like a rocket for the Red Wings.  Their 4-1 win over Calgary last night helped put the fans at ease a little.  The first round of the playoffs haven't been good to the Wings the past few years.  Hopefully, Bertuzzi will be ready to go for game 2.

The Pistons have clinched the top spot in the Eastern Conference, also adding another 50 win season.  We'll just have to sit and wait to see who the Pistons face in the first round.

The Lions, well, it's going to be another long season....
