A Shortage of REO Inventory in the West Valley! No, I am not kidding around!

There is a a shortage of inventory in Goodyear, Surprise, Avondale, and Litchfield Park, AZ. I have clients searching for homes under $85,000.00. There are 6 in Goodyear, 10 in Surprise, and 10 in Litchfield Park. Half of the homes have multiple (10+) offers on each one. What a great time to release some inventory!
